While we began hosting in-person events as soon as possible, demand from tech superstars around the world to continue watching and celebrating together online has remained, so our global event remains a key part of the Digital Revolution Awards.

Nominations for the 2025 Global Digital Revolution Awards are open for submissions from individuals and organisations now.
With categories that celebrate those giving back to their communities, achieving excellence within their own ecosystems, and giving back to the world they live in through technology, the awards will showcase the very best in the industry.

Global Judges
The Digital Revolution Awards celebrate the tech industry’s very best pioneers, innovators and glass ceiling breakers across categories that recognize sustainability, employer branding, ED&I, talent development, and L&D. We’ve put together an expert panel that represents some of the leading figures in IT, meaning they’re best placed to judge the individuals and organizations that have truly excelled in the last year.
Ailbhe is an experienced channel and alliances leader with a demonstrated track record of success. Ailbhe is also passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion within the tech industry.
Anil leads the AI Governance practice at EY US in New York, with over 18 years of experience in technology and capital markets. He was previously Executive Director in Model Risk Governance at JPMorgan Chase, a Software Engineer at Microsoft, and a Desk Strategist at Deutsche Bank. Anil holds a Master’s from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor’s from Punjab Engineering College in India.
Anshul Wadhawan is a Partner at Deloitte Consulting, specialising in AI, data, and financial services. With a focus on transforming business models and driving innovation, he leads efforts to harness cutting-edge technologies for sustainable growth. Anshul’s expertise enables organisations to thrive in an increasingly data-driven, AI-powered landscape.
A technology leader with a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Arjun has judged various international awards and is an active reviewer for various international journals. He has also published scholarly articles and presented papers at international conferences worldwide.
Beau is a transformational leader with a passion for driving innovation and change. He excels in fostering a values-driven culture centred around excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. With extensive experience in leading organisations through growth and transformation, Beau empowers teams to achieve exceptional results while upholding strong principles and creating a lasting impact.
As a Product Leader at Google, Bihag drives innovation through AI-powered solutions, currently revolutionising the News Reader Revenue Manager platform and previously launching the firm’s first Partner Relationship Management platform serving 100,000+ cloud partners. His experience spans leadership roles at Canadian Tire Corporation and OpenText, plus co-founding Magic Technologies. With an MBA from Purdue and deep technical expertise, he creates impactful digital solutions that transform user experiences.
Bryan is a tenured executive with nearly 22 years of digital transformation experience, specialising in Customer Relationship Management. He spent 21 years at Accenture leading clients through their Salesforce transformations and is now leading BCG’s Salesforce topic across EMEA and South America.
Carel is a distinguished leader in the technology sector. Recognised as Technology Leader of the Year at the 2024 Africa Tech Week Awards, he continues to drive innovation and excellence. Under his leadership, Mint Group earned the prestigious Microsoft Business Applications Inner Circle membership for 10 consecutive years. A Harvard Business School graduate, Carel brings strategic vision and expertise to the IT industry.
Colleen is the Chief of Staff for Microsoft Consulting in Asia, leading a diverse team focused on business optimisation, operations, and strategic planning. With 15 years at Microsoft, she has led multicultural teams in digital strategy, sales, and consulting. Colleen is passionate about equality and supports initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion. She is also a board member of the Australia Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.
David plays a key role in shaping Infosys Consulting’s Salesforce services with a focus on enterprise-scale transformation. With over 25 years of experience in financial services technology, he specialises in building high-performing teams, architecting complex Salesforce ecosystems, and driving strategic innovation. Prior to Infosys, David headed Barclays’ global Salesforce platform and oversaw some of Europe’s largest Salesforce implementations. A certified Salesforce Application and System Architect, David brings deep expertise in governing and optimising Salesforce at scale.
David is a technical generalist with over 10 years of professional experience including big tech, early stage startups and scale ups. He’s currently a product manager at Google Android Automotive OS in the Bay Area. Previously, David built products embedding AI/ML across industries such as fintech, payments, digital identity verification, fraud detection and edtech with b2b and b2c business models.
Dennis is a very experienced IT enthusiast who has realised IT projects in the context of Business Applications (with a focus on Microsoft technology, CRM and ERP) for more than 25 years. With his expertise in delivery, sales and business development, he is a respected contact person for customers from various industries and has contributed to the success of many projects. With his extensive experience in leading large teams, he inspires, challenges and encourages his employees. He is always looking for innovative solutions to make things better.
With over two decades of IT experience across end user, contracting and the Microsoft partner space, EY brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the usage of technology to enable and empower organisations. Engaging frequently in community events on an international scale, EY presents frequently on the right way to approach technology, as well as mentoring others in the community space.
Dr. Faruch Amini has 16 years of professional experience, including five years in scientific research focused on technology. His career demonstrates expertise in consulting, with a strong emphasis on IT, automation, and AI.
With over 12 years of experience in software engineering and leadership roles at companies like Uber and Amazon, Gaurav has developed a strong foundation in designing, building, and optimising large-scale distributed systems. He specialises in solving complex problems with simple, effective solutions that make a real impact on both customers and businesses. His passion for continuous learning, innovation, and improving customer experiences drives his ability to take on challenges and consistently deliver results that enhance business outcomes.
With a strong background in driving growth and innovation, Gourang focuses on experience design, platform-driven engagement, and emerging technologies. Previously, as President and Chief Architect of g-Innovations, he helped the company become a leader in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) before its acquisition by Barbarian. Gourang was named an AEM Champion in 2022, as recognition for his expertise and high-profile client work—one of only 18 individuals globally.
As a program/change director, Helena has led multi-functional teams across the globe in numerous sectors, delivering critical business, finance, operational and cloud technology solutions. For the last 10 years she has specialised in Salesforce, enabling companies to realise their CRM dreams, and has worked in the IT and transformation space for over 25 years in total.
Joan is a seasoned executive in sports technology and innovation, leading Commercial Programs at Swinburne Innovation Studio. She also serves on the Board of Rugby Victoria, focusing on strategic initiatives and commercial innovations. With achievements in media rights, NFT strategies, and startup mentorship, Joan has closed over $2B in media agreements and developed NFT metaverse strategies. She actively supports sportstech startups as a mentor and advisor, helping them achieve market fit and scale.
A seasoned technology services and strategy leader with over a decade of experience focused on building capabilities that demystify and accelerate digital transformation and innovation Kenneth helps clients define and architect self-funding executable strategies that accelerate their digital and innovation journey from idea to scaled value realisation.
Kurt is Principal Product Manager at Microsoft, a role that sees him focusing on partner capacity initiatives and ISV Success for Business Central partners.
Madan is a Senior Director of Engineering at Uber, leading teams behind the Uber Rider app and a fulfillment system that powers over 10 billion trips annually. With 15 years of experience, Madan has scaled Uber’s technology and delivered impactful global solutions. Previously, he led mobile malware analysis at Lookout Mobile Security and improved 401(k) transparency at BrightScope, specialising in cloud platforms and user-focused innovation.
Marie is a podcaster, author, and entrepreneur. As the host of Women Talk Tech, she reaches an audience of over 30,000 globally on topics like gender diversity and emerging tech. A USA Today and Wall Street Journal best-selling author, Marie is also a Microsoft MVP in AI. She frequently speaks on responsible AI and sales/marketing for small businesses and is an instructor at the University of Toronto school of Continuing Studies.
Narendra is a Senior Engineering Manager and Architect with 15+ years of experience leading teams at Walmart, T-Mobile, and Zalando. He specializes in AI-driven solutions, predictive pricing, and telecom anomaly detection. Narendra also runs a popular YouTube channel with 160K+ subscribers, sharing insights on software systems and cloud engineering. A LinkedIn Top Voice and tech writer, he has authored 20+ blog posts and will soon release two books on cloud engineering and scalable data systems.
Nikita is a Startup Advisor at AWS, Airtree Explorer and a passionate angel investor assisting Australian startups, with a particular interest in supporting female founded, deep tech and AI startups. Prior to AWS, she worked for WIRED Magazine’s Future Thinking consultancy and AI cybersecurity startup Darktrace and is also current chair of Art Centre Melbourne’s Contemporary Foundation.
Rob Treacey is a Security and IT Risk Management expert with global leadership experience in tier 1 banks and professional services. Previously, he was Global Head of Public Cloud Security at Rackspace Technology, building security solutions and partnerships. Rob has also held senior roles at Shearwater Group, Citi, and Bank of America.
Sarah joined Google in 2003 and played a pivotal role in launching offices across Latin America and leading recruitment in Asia Pacific. She relocated to Singapore in 2007, managing HR across Southeast Asia before eventually leading tech functions in HR for APAC. In 2021, Sarah became the global People Partner lead for Pops (HR4HR). Now back in Australia, she continues to support POps remotely.
Scott is a Senior Technical Manager and a podcast host at Microsoft, known for his leadership and expertise in managing high-performance technical teams. With over 20 years of experience, Scott has been instrumental in driving the success of Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform. He is passionate about innovation, mentorship, and community engagement, frequently volunteering to mentor aspiring technologists and speaking at industry events.
A seasoned IT executive with over 35 years of leadership in IT, Operational Technology (OT), ERP systems, and Cybersecurity, Skip excels at driving digital transformations, aligning technology with business strategy, and enhancing operational efficiency. With expertise in ERP implementations, IT/OT integration, and cybersecurity frameworks, Skip specializes in optimising resources, reducing costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance while leading cross-functional teams.
