All of our illustrious past winners have been trailblazing individuals in the Salesforce space—people whose achievements enable, inspire, and empower users and businesses of every shape and size to accomplish more.
This year, this hall of previous champions welcomes a new hero; the inimitable Sara Hernández.
Sara has dedicated herself to ensuring that Salesforce and the opportunities that come with it are accessible to everyone. Her work with and for budding technologists across the Spanish-speaking community is opening up the platform to a massive and often underserved audience.
From Salesforce documentation and tutorials to invaluable learning content, Sara has created a substantial body of Salesforce resources in Spanish.
This comprehensive collection has significantly helped break down language barriers in the community and boosted Salesforce adoption within Spanish-speaking communities.
But Sara’s commitment to education extends beyond documentation. She actively engages with the Spanish-speaking Salesforce community through webinars and workshops covering a wide range of topics, with training initiatives catering to users at all skill levels.
Always aiming to meet users where they are, Sara has also launched a Salesforce podcast, Crónicas de Salesforce, available on platforms such as YouTube and Spotify. The podcast provides Spanish-speaking audiences with valuable insights, practical advice, and industry best practices related to Salesforce.
Using her position as a successful Salesforce Solution Architect, two-time Salesforce MVP, and a Golden Hoodie winner for Customer Success, Sara acts as a mentor to aspiring architects in Madrid. Dedicated to giving the next generation of Salesforce talent a leg-up, she offers upskilling resources through her Associate bootcamp program, which has helped countless people ace the Salesforce Certified Associate exam.
And it’s not just Spanish speakers she’s making space for. She’s a strong advocate for gender diversity in tech too, launching her “WomenForceIT” community to support women in Salesforce careers and help create a more inclusive industry.
We caught up with Sara to find out how she feels about her win.
How do you feel about winning this year’s Digital Revolution Awards?
Winning the Digital Revolution Awards Global this year is an immense honour and a demonstration to the hard work and dedication I have put into the community.
My goal has always been to help and support more people to create their own stories in the Salesforce ecosystem and, most importantly, to believe in their ability to do so through my content and teaching projects.
This recognition not only validates my efforts to promote the ecosystem and its communities, but also motivates me to keep raising my voice and dedicating my time to making an impact.
Making an “impact” is one of my core values as a human being. I’m deeply grateful to all the participants, the judges, the Trailblazers and the community for their support.
This award reflects my commitment to the community and inspires me to continue to create initiatives that make a real difference in the Salesforce ecosystem.
What impact will this award have on your work in the future?
This award is a confirmation that I am on the right track, it gives me the credibility and momentum to expand my current initiatives, further positioning me as a reference in the Salesforce community.
I want to use this opportunity to mentor new talent and continue to encourage a culture of learning and collaboration in the community.
My goal is to create a legacy that will inspire future generations of Salesforce professionals

It will allow you to reflect on your projects, consolidate your learning and visualise the impact of your work. It is also an opportunity to inspire others with your story and contribute to the growth and development of the community.
We often don’t realise how much work we do because we go through life on automatic pilot. Taking a moment to think about participating will help you appreciate all the effort, impact and support you provide. It is in that moment when we move from ” Doing ” to ” Being “, recognising the value of our work.
