Digital Transformation Project of the Year

This award celebrates businesses who are shaping the future of digital transformation, achieved through the power of technology.

Criteria

Our judges are looking for an organisation that has carried out a transformative piece of work, either directly or for a customer. This includes complex projects that have had a profound impact, solving either a business critical need, or changing the way they service customers, putting digital innovation at its heart. This could be building an app or solution that brings a clear ROI, or integrating a myriad of digital products or services together in a way that puts the end user front and centre.

Successful nominations should:

Summarise the single project or overall strategy undertaken and why it was successful (must be from 1 November 2023 onwards)
Outline the key challenges and approaches adopted to deliver the digital transformation
Highlight how they engaged with stakeholders and met the customer's expectations
Provide evidence of how they delivered cost benefits, improved processes, or generated new business for their customer
Non-profit organisations should consider entering our Not-For-Profit Digital Project of the Year category.
