A strong believer in the power of people, human relationships and the culture of collaboration, Aga is passionate about maintaining an inclusive and supportive work environment, and pursuing creative use of technology for the increase of efficiency and improvement of work-life balance. Ayesha Ansari is a Director at Sage and manages the firm’s Data, AI & Digital products to provide meaningful and tangible insights for the Small and Medium business segment. Prior to this role, Ayesha was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan, and spent more than a decade there in various strategic roles.
Ayesha leads by example and is a big advocate of great culture, support and DE&I within her teams, she is also the UK Gender Alliance Lead for Sage.
A global leader, Andrew has over 25 years of experience in business and technology leadership roles. Heading up the customer technology business in Europe for Capgemini, he works across their strategic clients to build out teams to deliver global digital platforms. Andrew has a passion for building diverse leadership teams that understand how to operate in a global business to drive growth.
Chris is a dynamic South African innovator and public speaker known for his vibrant personality and passion for community building. With a love for technology and a talent for connecting people, he thrives on collaboration and creativity. An enthusiastic tinkerer and problem solver, Chris believes in thinking differently and embracing disruption to create meaningful impact—using a dose of excitement, passion and directness to do things that matter.
Colin boasts three decades of expertise in the design, procurement, implementation, and support of intricate IT systems, particularly focusing on ERP solutions like Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft NAV/Business Central, as well as CRM and Dynamics 365/AX. He is adept at programme and project management for both new implementations and recovery or benefit improvement projects, regardless of their scale or location. Renowned for delivering sustained business gains, enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring ongoing value realisation, Colin targets the most impactful outcomes for businesses. His leadership is experienced and hands-on, blending strong financial acumen with thoughtful organisational change and operational oversight for both end-user organisations and their suppliers.
A dedicated leader at Capgemini with over 10 years’ experience in consulting, Corrina has been immersed in the Salesforce ecosystem since 2015. She is now Head of DCX Capabilities, responsible for 500+ consultants in the Digital Customer Experience practice, where Corrina fuels growth, strategy, happiness and people development across her teams. As a mother of five, she’s deeply committed to empowering women in IT and nurturing emerging talent, passionately advancing careers in tech for all.
Dan Waters drives the growth and development of Snowflake’s Partnership ecosystem across EMEA, collaborating with various partner types, including GSIs and ISVs. With a rich background in technology and a “solutions first” approach, he previously served as MD at Arrow ECS. Dan is passionate about creating value-driven partnerships for scalable success.
David has been in the Salesforce ecosystem for over 11 years, having built a number of consulting partners globally. He is an accomplished leader that specialises in creating high performing teams, attracting and nurturing the best talent in the market and providing opportunity for individuals to develop and grow their capabilities to deliver high quality services to clients. He is incredibly passionate about supporting the next generation of tech talent and the ways the industry can drive this to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation.
Eli is a visionary technology leader and a driving force in the personalisation space with a remarkable history of forging high-performing engineering organisations at industry giants like Deliveroo, Amazon and Booking.com. Throughout his accomplished career, Eli has spearheaded exponential growth and delivered significant company-wide impact by championing innovation, leveraging data-driven strategies and cutting-edge A/B testing methodologies.
Leading a team dedicated to driving digital transformation and innovation for clients, Fran is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex business challenges with innovative and impactful solutions. In her role, she has collaborated with top industry leaders and partners, to develop and implement strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive growth. Her expertise spans various domains, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data analytics.

Graham specialises in building high-performing technical teams and developing key strategies that drive technological success. As a recent addition to the senior leadership team at the Financial Ombudsman Service, he is spearheading the transformation of the Applications and Digital functions to better align with business needs whilst delivering the organisation’s pivotal digital transformation initiatives.
Jake Norwood leads Booz Allen’s international commercial practice. He is a senior executive advisor, coach and consultant, who helps CIOs, CISOs, and cyber defence leaders transform their organisations into intelligence-led, risk-focused, and crisis-resilient cyber security operations. Jake previously served as the Global Head for Citi’s Cyber Security Fusion Centers in New York, Budapest, and Singapore and was the Director of Citi’s Cyber Intelligence Center. Prior to joining Citi, Jake managed commercial and US government-facing cybersecurity intelligence efforts for Booz Allen Hamilton. He is also a former US Army Intelligence Officer and two-time Iraq war veteran. Jake returned to Booz Allen in 2021 and operates out of the Hague, Netherlands.
Jake is the co-founder of Ziipline, a rapidly growing Salesforce consultancy with a team of 50+ Salesforce experts. With over a decade of experience in driving business transformations across various industries, Jake is dedicated to delivering impactful, value based solutions. Ziipline has prioritises technical thought leadership and AI adoption, emphasising a data-first approach to enhance business outcomes and innovation in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Jemma leads growth and business strategy for Salesforce’s Consulting Partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. With a strong background in direct sales, she excels in inspiring high-performing teams and enhancing customer success through the partner ecosystem. Jemma also actively contributes to a nonprofit and engages with Salesforce’s 1:1:1 model, exemplifying her commitment to giving back.
A respected IT professional with over 25 years’ experience, JB currently holds a senior leadership role at Merkle, where he leads their Salesforce Sales and Alliance business across EMEA, while successfully leveraging his strong background working with renowned software companies, brands and top executives. Prior to Merkle, he led teams and formulated go-to-market strategies for successful SaaS companies including Salesforce, New Relic, Certinia (formerly known as FinancialForce) and Oracle. He is also a passionate ally and champion of talent development, working closely with Merkle’s internal talent development team to identify, develop and shape the next generation of leaders.

Jon has over 25 years of leadership experience in world-renowned brands including Burberry, Fortnum & Mason, The Body Shop and Gillette.
Kevin McDonnell is a Microsoft Dynamics MVP and the Copilot Strategy and MW AI Lead at Avanade. With a passion for innovation, he’s been transforming the Microsoft 365 landscape, especially with Viva and Copilot. Kevin’s enthusiasm for technology is infectious, inspiring countless professionals to elevate their productivity and collaboration. He also co-hosts the engaging podcast Copilot Connection, where he shares insights and sparks lively discussions on all the different Microsoft Copilots.
Laura is a senior cloud architect for financial services at Google Cloud and comes with over a decade of experience. As well as a deep specialism in resilience and disaster recovery, she is also the technical lead for the EMEA region for Google Women Techmakers—Google’s external women in tech upskilling program, overseeing over 3000 ambassadors.
Marius leads Credera UK’s Consulting Function, helping clients solve their most complex strategic challenges in cloud, data, AI, innovation and strategy. Marius is an enthusiastic proponent of open-source technologies, cloud-native architectures and DevOps. He offers strategic advice to investors and CXOs, as well as retaining deep technical knowledge across software and infrastructure. Industries Marius has worked in include government, financial services, oil and gas, and retail.
Mark is an accomplished and people-focussed recruiter working with the Talent Acquisition team in Citi, with over 10 years of experience in recruitment, people management, and leadership. He currently supports the technology and operations recruitment strategy and execution across the UK and Europe. With a passion for the arts, Mark has held NED board positions for local and grassroots opera companies, advising on technology adoption, people management, and outreach.
As CEO and founder, Mark is the guiding force behind CloudSource. He provides the overall vision and focus for the company, and is actively involved in business development and setting out the strategic direction of the organisation and its technology alliances.
Nick is an entrepreneurial SME business leader with a passion for growing technology companies that dramatically move the needle on customer satisfaction, return on investment and ease of use. With Digital Modus, Nick is leading with AI and data solutions to drive better outcomes for its customers and their customers.
Pablo is a dynamic leader and mentor, currently leading S4 Hana Public Cloud programmes at NTT Data Business Solutions as Delivery Director: Cloud Programmes. He is known for creating collaborative, innovative environments where teams feel inspired to push boundaries. With a focus on empathy, trust, and clear communication, Pablo builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues across diverse cultures. His passion for digital transformation and nurturing talent has defined his career, blending strategic insight with hands-on guidance to help teams excel and deliver impactful results.
Paul is a Managing Director with Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group, and leads the communications, media and technology industry in EMEA. Paul is a recognised leader in the ecosystem, bringing a wealth of digital transformation experience across the sales, service and marketing domains over a number of years and is honoured to be a judge once again this year.
Phil is a highly accomplished Change Leader with a strong track record of delivery to plan, budget and quality standards, spanning over 26 years. He has comprehensive experience in banking and financial services, managing global teams to deliver successful IT and business change projects with annual budgets ranging from $100k to $20m. Phil currently manages the A5 UK & EMEA Delivery team, focused on Salesforce Lead-to-Revenue Implementations for clients across numerous industries, including finance, banking, software, fintech, professional services, payments, hitech, education and manufacturing.
Richard is Devoteam’s UK&I Managing Director, helping businesses become people-centric digital firms. By leveraging the power of cloud platforms, robust operating models, and data insights, the firm helps its customers achieve their goals anytime, anywhere, securely. Richard is passionate about the delivery of business outcome-aligned solutions—driving technical optimisation and enabling the transformation of business functions.
Rob is the lead for the Dynamics Business Group at Microsoft UK, spanning Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. He is responsible for commercial ownership, business group strategy, go-to-market planning and product management of Microsoft Business Applications in the United Kingdom.
Sam has worked in technology for the last five years, drawing inspiration from the passionate and exceptional people who work so hard to move the industry forward. Sam is particularly passionate about seeing and supporting more women into the tech sector and seeing how they, alongside their male colleagues, can really thrive and deliver great tech innovation.

Simon is an international speaker, passionate iThink 365 founder and Microsoft MVP. He’s been a trailblazer since 2006 in the world of SharePoint. With a strong background in Microsoft 365 and Azure from 2011 he’s been heavily involved in the community, running M365 North for the last ten years, a core member of the Maturity Model for Microsoft 365, Viva Explorer and blogs about Microsoft 365. He lives in Leeds, with his wife, two kids and dog.
Simon leads Salesforce’s Customer Success team in EMEA, where his primary focus is on driving adoption, growth, and business value. With 14 years of experience at Salesforce, he is dedicated to empowering customers and fostering strong partnerships to maximize their success and achieve strategic goals in a dynamic business environment.
Sinead has over 25 years’ experience in delivery of digital transformation programmes across multiple sectors. She is now the Client Services Director for NFP at Kerv Digital, responsible for client relationships within the non-profit sector.
Steve is the IT Director for Ocado Technology and responsible for the enterprise IT services used across the business. With 20 years’ experience in business transformation through IT across multiple industries, he is an advocate for how digital services can be used to reduce costs and improve efficiencies for organisations.
Tom is manager of a successful Dynamics team, with strong experience as a D365 CRM Functional Consultant in the managed service industry. He has strong holistic skills across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dynamics Finance & SCM, and Business Central. Particularly adept in understanding key business problems and finding process and system changes to help, Tom is a driven IT professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics from the University of York.
Vera is a dedicated entrepreneur and seasoned executive specialising in Salesforce implementation. With a focus on creating meaningful progress, she has built practices and developed talent while managing client relationships. Currently leading Solution Junkies, she aims to integrate the social enterprise concept into the Salesforce ecosystem, delivering impactful projects for purpose.
