Our Excellence in Learning and Development Award acknowledges an organization that has demonstrated its commitment to cultivating cloud skills, and that has achieved results that help further the development of the industry.
The winning organization will able to showcase how its approach to learning and development is yielding results and contributing to the collective upskilling of the cloud workforce.
Judges will be looking for proven examples of innovative, unique, and effective approaches to addressing the cloud skills gap. Both internal L&D initiatives and programs developed by specialist cloud training providers are eligible for this award.
Nominations can be submitted as a 300-word statement OR a 3-minute video highlighting how the nominee has hit all or some of the elements outlined in the category criteria; try and include as much tangible evidence as possible.
