Criteria
We’re looking for a team with impressive employee happiness scores that attracts the top tech talent, demonstrates a commitment to their team through recognition and rewards, whose employees enjoy a healthy work-life balance, and consider themselves the gold standard for cloud careers. Teams can be any size, from 3–3,000 and beyond. If you’re doing impressive things, we want to hear from you! Partner organizations should apply for our Best Partner to Work For awards.
Successful nominations should:
Outline why the nominee deserves recognition within this category, based on the criteria outlined above
Profile the policies and initiatives implemented by the organization to attract, retain, develop, and reward their cloud teams
Highlight anything unique or progressive in its approach
List key outcomes resulting from these activities
Include any relevant data to back up the nomination – for three years our judges have told us that they like points to be backed up by data, so definitely include if you can!
