Victoria Critchley is CEO at Bam Boom Cloud, and supported a relatively young workforce across two continents in the process of buying out the company.
She’s an advocate of people being their authentic selves at work, placing an emphasis on a culture that values empathy, trust, clarity and kindness.
I loved it! I was quite nervous, but I really enjoyed the ceremony and celebrating everyone’s successes.
I was really inspired by Intelogy, winners of Digital Transformation Project of the Year. Bam Boom Cloud is a Microsoft Partner so we already know the potential of Power Platform in automating manual processes, and the example with London Air Ambulance shows just how powerful this automation can be – innovation saving lives.
I believe in business as a force for good and recognising the social responsibility we have in the tech sector to stand for something and make a difference. I am passionate about championing early careers and women in technology and creating a culture where people can thrive and progress in their careers. It is this culture that stands out at Bam Bam Cloud and I couldn’t be prouder of my team!
It is really important that we showcase all the great work taking place in the cloud community. There are so many exciting things happening in this sector and the Digital Revolution Awards help to raise the profile of all these innovative ideas. By celebrating success, we can also inspire others and spark new collaborations and projects.
I was quite emotional, but I think I included everyone!
