The Digital Revolution Awards celebrate the cloud industry’s very best pioneers, innovators and glass ceiling breakers across categories that recognize sustainability, employer branding, ED&I, talent development, and L&D. We’ve put together an expert panel that represents some of tech’s leading figures, meaning they’re best placed to judge the individuals and organizations that have truly excelled in the last year.

Jemma Byrne

Jemma joined Salesforce in 2013. In her role, she has responsibility for the consulting partners that sit in UK and Ireland. She helps to inspire and drive Salesforce customer success through the company’s partner ecosystem. She sits on the committee of a non-profit organization and is an active participant of the Salesforce 1:1:1 model. By her own admission she is rubbish at saying ‘No’ to things and that often leads to crazy physical challenges for charity. In her spare time you will find her outdoors with her daughter following their joint passion in many equestrian disciplines.

Paddy Fitzpatrick

With over 20 years’ experience driving technological change, Richard is Google Cloud’s Head of Partner Engineering for the UK and Ireland. In his role he drives partners towards technical excellence and scale, supporting them in pre-sales and delivery, to benefit Google Cloud customers. He’s currently spending time building out Project Katalyst, a program specifically designed to bring underrepresented individuals into the Google Cloud ecosystem through developing their skills on Google Cloud and introducing them to partners, for early career, life-changing jobs.

Hollie is responsible for developing and managing strategies to support the capacity growth of Salesforce’s partner ecosystem. The Salesforce Talent Alliance team works to find ways to not only build a sustainable pipeline of trained talent, but to increase diversity in the technology sector by working with organizations that are providing opportunities to untapped and diverse talent. Hollie is also the co-chair of Kuumba Education, a partner of St. Martin’s School, Kibagare. 

Maya Weintraub Kaye

Maya is a delivery and sales executive with 18 years of experience across three continents. She speaks five languages and is a highly energetic and detail oriented leader. Having started in the aviation industry, through project management consultancy, PMO and process optimisation, Maya now specialises in Salesforce, and serves as an Associate Partner at IBM’s Salesforce practice and Center of Competence.

Munira Khalifa

Possessing a wealth of knowledge and experience in Data Management within the charitable sector, Munira was shortlisted for the Women in IT Summit and Awards Series in 2022. Munira is passionate about promoting equality for women and leading by example in all aspects of life, making it her mission to motivate, inspire and empower women of all backgrounds to live life free of oppression and to their full potential. 

Mark Martin, MBE

Mark Martin MBE is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Education Practice. A thought leader and hugely popular speaker, he has a passion for sharing his expertise and insights to educators around the world. He is a teacher/advisor for the major global tech brands and continues to advocate for home-grown talent, digital skills and education equity. In May 2022, Mark was recognised as one of the top 50 most influential people in UK IT by Computer Weekly. In 2019, he was awarded an MBE for services to education, technology, and diversity in UK technology.

Courtney has a proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions across sectors, helping clients with a broad range of  strategic and operational sustainability challenges. Rob is the lead for the Dynamics Business Group at Microsoft UK, spanning Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Responsible for commercial ownership, business group strategy, go-to-market planning and product management of Microsoft Business Applications in the United Kingdom.

Joe is the AWS Digital Native business Leader across the EMEA region, supporting scale up customers who use cloud technology as a business growth enabler. Prior to leading the digital native business, Joe was Chief Operating Officer for the AWS UKI/EU business responsible for end-to-end management of sales and business expansion activities. He has over 20 years’ experience in various leading technology and finance companies in sales business development leadership roles, including HP and the Rothschild banking group.

Anna Assassa

Venturing into the world of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software development and implementation at the age of 23, Anna has always found enjoyment in getting hands-on and tackling tech sector challenges. Always eager to learn, she quickly developed her knowledge, leading to Anna stepping into roles at several multinational companies. It wasn’t long before she took the leap into entrepreneurship, building her first tech company from the ground up at the age of just 26. Selling this business on after eight successful years, Anna took up a tenure at Capita, where she gained exposure to Management Information Systems (MIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The skills she acquired there led her to found Tisski in 2011.

A business-focused technology executive with two decades of experience, Daria’s signature is driving bottom-line value, scale, and commercial revenue growth through digital solutions, business transformation, and technology innovation. Daria has held progressive IT leadership roles at a number of global Fortune 500s in the consumer products market, where she has built a reputation as a visionary leader, strategic relationship builder, change agent, and value driver with a deep understanding of all enterprise functions.

Chris Brown

Strategic Partner Leader UK&I | IBM Consulting

Chris has been a member of the IBM Consulting UK&I Senior Leadership team since 2021 and was nominated to the IBM Black Executive Council in 2020.  In this role as Strategic Partner Leader, his key area of focus is to increase collaboration across business development, sales and delivery with IBM’s strategic partners to support clients’ digital and cloud transformation initiatives. With 20 years’ experience, across industries, Chris has proven transactional, transformational and network leadership skills. He is a collaborator, passionate about empowering people, and driving value creation and tangible business outcomes for clients.

Vicky Critchley is the CEO of cloud software solutions company Bam Boom Cloud, and a recent Digital Revolution Award winner. An advocate for people being their authentic selves at work, Vicky places an emphasis on building cultures that value empathy and kindness.

Natalie Floyd-Banks

Director | EMEA at Revolent

Natalie joined Revolent in 2020 as the UK Business Development Director and is responsible for leading the business development team and ultimately winning new business, growing existing accounts and building our client relationships. Prior to maternity leave, Natalie spent 4 years working across Frank Recruitment Group in the UK, USA & Netherlands covering various sales operational roles along with a variety of projects including the salesforce implementation. Natalie has over 12 years of recruitment experience within professional services and 7 years focussing on clients within the UK Financial Services market.

Sajeel Afzal

Sajeel’s 20-year consulting career has been focused on the delivery of high-quality global transformation programmes. Emmanuel Adenitire

Vice President | Goldman Sachs

Emmanuel works for Goldman Sachs within the global market division and heads the ION Workflow Engineering team, which is responsible for the pre-trade quoting workflow tools used across sales and trading for various FICC standardized flow products (Credit, Interest Rate Products, Mortgages, EM bonds, Credit Derivatives, and Interest Rate Swaps) around the world. He is a member of the company’s Firmwide Black Network steering committee and co-head of the Goldman Sachs EMEA Black Engineers Network. 

Ruth Harrison

Global Head of Industry Domains | Thoughtworks

Ruth is a go-to commentator on the evolving technology and business landscape. A regular speaker on the importance of diversity and inclusion in business,  she was nominated for Diversity Leader of the Year 2017 by Tech Leaders UK. In 2019, she founded Limitless, a forum for women executives and leaders. Acquisitions International recognized her as Most Influential Global Business Tech Consultant 2021 and 2022, and she was also voted one of the most influential women in UK Tech 2022 by Computer Weekly. 

David Vilf 

Group Product Manager | Onfido 
David is a Group Product Manager at Onfido, responsible for leading the product strategy and direction of its Data Verification Suite products. He is also an Angel Investor and Product Mentor at Seedcamp. Prior to Onfido, David was a product lead at Cytora and a Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley. David brings product development experience along within fintech, cybersecurity, developer experience and artificial intelligence.

Leon Gordon

Partner | Pomerol

Leon Gordon is a leader in data analytics, a current thought leader at the Forbes Technical Council, an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine, a thought leader in Data Science for the Global AI Hub, and a Microsoft Data Platform MVP based in the UK and a partner at Pomerol Partners. During the last decade, he has helped organizations improve their business performance, use data more intelligently, and understand the implications of new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data. Leon is a chair for the Microsoft Power BI – UK community group and the DataDNA data visualization community as well as an international speaker and advisor.

Afiya Chohollo

VP of Engineering & Technical Program Management | Onfido 

Afiya Chohollo is VP of Engineering & Technical Program Management at Onfido, a global identity verification and authentication provider. Afiya leads seven specialist teams responsible for Onfido’s core platform infrastructure, test engineering, data integrity, and client dashboards. She also leads the Technical Programme Management team, which enabled Onfido to scale product and technology execution to use digital identity to verify access to millions of people. Chohollo is an ambassador of STEM for school-aged children and appeared in the recent publication ‘Voices of the Shadows’, highlighting the careers of 51 Women in tech.

Craig Moss

GSI Alliance Leader EMEA | Amazon Web Services

Craig works with AWS’ SI partners to drive
cloud adoption at scale. A 20+ year veteran of the communications and software industry, with companies including Cable and Wireless, COLT and Oracle, Craig is a passionate believer in the power of partnerships to drive customer outcomes. A self-confessed geek, he also enjoys seeing how technology and
talent merge to create innovation.

Marius Rubin

Chief Technology Officer | Credera

Marius leads Credera UK’s technology function, helping clients solve their most complex strategic challenges in cloud, data, engineering, strategy, and transformation. As CTO he has overall responsibility for the company’s technical strategy and employees, both customer-facing and internal. An enthusiastic proponent of open source technologies, cloud-native architectures and DevOps, Marius has deep technical knowledge across software and infrastructure, with particular recent experience of Big Data and microservice application delivery. On top of all this, he continues to find time to keep up his hands-on skills in software and infrastructure.

Jason Adae

UKI ISV Partner Sales Lead | AWS

With over 10 years of experience in the technology sector, Jason got his first taste of working with Technology Partners at Microsoft, supporting them to modernise in the cloud and go-to-market into Financial Services.

After joining AWS in 2018, Jason now leads the UKI ISV Partner Sales team, bringing together best-in-class ISV solutions with AWS native services to deliver joint solutions for our customers accelerating their transformation. When he’s not fostering the growth of the ISV co-sell business in UKI, Jason likes to run (daily), cook, and cheer on Arsenal FC.

Sarah Pearce Sims

COO | DCW Group

Sarah is an experienced people manager, having worked in the legal sector for 16 years. Her current role is focused on delivery and support functions, driving exceptional performance through effective development and management of resources. She has been considered a “trouble shooter” by previous employers with an excellent success rate when it comes to problem solving, and was recruited to address culture change and personnel following a business acquisition. A specialist in managing business support and operations, she prides herself on being a consistent team player who can deliver on time and meet high expectations. Sarah has also been a business mentor with the Princes Trust in her spare time and was involved with the charity for four years.

David Latten

Head of Indirect Procurement and Supplier Diversity & Equality | Logitech
David’s career spans over a decade, featuring management roles in finance and more recently procurement. Equality is both a core value for Logitech and a personal passion for David. As procurement leader, David’s priority is to ensure Logitech, and the wider corporate sector, can deliver real progress towards equality through their supplier spend.

Samantha Humphries

Head of Marketing and Security Strategy – EMEA | Exabeam

Samantha has been happily entrenched in the cybersecurity industry for over 20 years. During this time she has helped hundreds of organizations of all shapes, sizes, and geographies recover and learn from cyberattacks, defined strategy for pioneering security products and technologies, and is a regular speaker at security conferences around the world. In her current role Sam heads up EMEA marketing for Exabeam, and is also a member of the global security strategy team. She authors articles and blogs for various security publications, has a strong passion for mentoring, and often volunteers at cybersecurity community events, including BSides, The Diana Initiative, and Blue Team Village (DEFCON).

Lee Foster

Chief Technology Officer – Opencast

Lee has over two decades of experience in strategy, architecture and technology consulting. Prior to joining Opencast as Chief Technology Officer, he led global IT enterprise and solution architecture functions at FTSE 100 software company Sage, and has worked with a diverse range of public and private sector clients, shaping technology-enabled business solutions on major transformation programs for Capgemini, BT Global Services and Atos.

Phil Wood

Chief Product and Technology Officer | Six Degrees
Phil is an experienced technology leader who combines a collaborative approach with a culture of continuous improvement to transform businesses across a range of disciplines including cyber security, service management and software delivery. Phil is passionate about finding new and innovative ways to get the most from technology, as well as collaborating with great people to solve those business challenges that many say can’t be fixed. Prior to joining Six Degrees, Phil served in senior leadership roles at easyJet, Travis Perkins, Marks and Spencer, and Home Retail Group.

Richard Hughes

Partner Strategy Director – Seer 365

Richard is a Partner Strategy Director with over two decades of experience in the Microsoft channel. During this time, he has carried out a number of local and global roles at both Microsoft and several leading Systems Integrators. He is currently part of the leadership team at Seer 365, helping partners around the world transform their traditional Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales and implementation models. Richard is a board member of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) for UK and EMEA and he is a strong believer in the power of organizations working and learning together. He is always happy to create links between great people and great organisations.

Mathew Batterbee

Global GTM Solutions Director – Pax8
With a wealth of knowledge of the Microsoft channel in his roles with Microsoft, Ingram Micro Cloud and now Pax8, Mathew has been a big part of the SMB Microsoft Business Applications business not only in the UK but worldwide. He has worked with and enabled Microsoft Partners to build and grow their practices, and has had a lot of fun doing this with his unique online presence and charisma.

Simon Maskrey

Global Strategic Partner Manager | Salesforce Trailhead

As Global Strategic Partner Manager for Trailhead, Salesforce’s training and certification organization, Simon is responsible for the Salesforce Authorized Training Provider program. Simon has 30 years’ multi-national experience within the IT training industry, in a number of cross-functional leadership positions, for organizations such as Sun Microsystems, Oracle and Avid Technologies.

Dave Johnson

Operations Director | HSO

As Operations Director, Dave has overseen HSO’s organic growth in the UK over the last 10 years, having responsibility for project delivery and customer relationships. The company has grown to be one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics partners in the channel, with Dave responsible for creating hiring initiatives to underpin this, bringing new delivery capability into the team from outside of the channel and initiating a graduate recruitment program.

Prior to joining HSO, he had a career encompassing financial roles in accountancy and health, prior to managing the implementation of an ERP system within a publicly quoted distribution business. This led to a move into the IT services sector, where Dave was responsible for the creation of two Microsoft Dynamics delivery practices for different partners.

Alex Franklin

Modern Workplace Practice Lead | Intelogy

Specializing in Modern Workplace solutions, Alex has maintained a passion for technological change for more than 20 years. He began his career with Lotus Notes in the 1990s, before moving to SharePoint in 2007 and then to the wider Microsoft 365 stack. Femi graduated from the University of Manchester with a Master’s in engineering in Biomedical Materials Science. She has over 10 years’ experience in industrial cloud computing, engineering and technical training. She is currently Innovation Project Manager at AVEVA, Frankfurt, where she facilitates, nurtures and drives a culture of innovation by collaborating across technical teams to create opportunities for new ideas to flourish. An advocate for race and gender diversity in technology, Femi is also part of the team that founded the BLACK Voices employee resource group in AVEVA in 2020. She supports the group towards a vision of a diverse, equitable and inclusive environment for all.

Hendrik Adam

Hendrik founded DIA in 2001. He leads the company as CEO and is a Salesforce expert with more than 15 years of experience. DIA joined the Salesforce ecoystem in 2006 and is one of the leading Salesforce Partners in the DACH market, with more than 100 employees and offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich and Villingen-Schwenningen. The firm offers next-generation cloud technologies, services and products on the Salesforce platform for several industries, with extensive experience in manufacturing and retail. Before DIA, Hendrik was employed by Continental and studied Electrical Engineering at TU Darmstadt, Germany.

Andreas Mertens

Andreas is a serial entrepreneur and passionate computer scientist, with more than 25 years of experience using it in business. As CEO of avameo GmbH he supports companies in developing their digitization strategy, and is currently working on an innovative personnel development software that’s based on a big data and AI research project. He supports young entrepreneurs as a coach and is a member of the jury for start-ups from the renewable energy sector at the PitchNight Spreewind in Potsdam. He also lectures at well-known universities and passes on his practical experience to young talents.

Cyril Louis

Cyril is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mavericx, a professional services firm that helps companies ensure the very best customer experience each and every time. Nico brings 13+ years of direct, hands-on experience with expertise in the strategy, planning, integration, implementation, and operations of large business cloud programs. In his role as a Client Technology Lead for Rackspace Technology he is responsible for one of the largest automotive manufacturers worldwide, working closely with the Rackspace professional service delivery team and with his customer, including technical guidance and staffing.

Jens Christian Zwenger

Partner, Salesforce Consulting Leader | PwC

Jens leads PwC‘s Salesforce consulting alliance in Germany. He has worked for more than 18 years in professional consulting as a trusted advisor across industries. He is a known expert in cloud-based transformations with a focus on Salesforce products and technologies. He steered some of the largest Salesforce implementations in EMEA, as well as PwC’s own Salesforce rollout in Europe. Jens is an enthusiastic leader who has successfully built and grown Salesforce consulting units.

Jacqueline Considine

Jacqueline is proudly ITIL V3 certified and has served the Salesforce ecosystem for almost two decades at both the ISV and GSI levels in EMEA and across the globe. 

Henning Heesch

Igor has headed the Infrastructure-as-a-Service business unit at Ingram Micro since 2020, and is responsible for cloud partner recruitment, enablement and scale for Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services. He currently leads a team consisting of Sales, Pre-Sales and Business Development Managers. Having first joined the company in 2015, he was previously responsible for the portfolio of Ingram Micro’s Cloud Marketplace in Germany and also running Ingram Micro’s German start-up competition Come Challenge in 2019. 

Claude Bravi

Claude is a growth-focused leader with a track record of unlocking value for tech and multinational corporations through successful product/service digital strategies and launches, agile business transformation strategies, and marketing across varies B2B/B2C segments globally. His areas of expertise also includes marketing communications, GDPR, data security and compliance, and digital strategy development. An experienced leader, Claude has also served as a coach and mentor throughout his career.

Roman Weber

Roman is a marketing technology pioneer. Erika is a social innovator focused on creating economic opportunities for communities of color. She leads Microsoft’s philanthropic portfolio for the TechSpark Metro Team (ATL, LA, and CHI), focused on advancing digital equity and inclusion and creating wealth-building pathways for communities of color. Before joining Microsoft, Erika focused on movement-building strategies and deepening organizational investment in creating economic pathways for BIPOC communities. As the Senior Program Manager for the Annie E. Casey Foundation, she increased investment in Black-led incubators and accelerators and developed platforms for youth engagement in the local economy. In addition, she served as the Assistant Director of Southside Community & Economic Development. During her tenure, she raised capital to develop and pilot new products to increase access to wealth-building systems and test a commercial down payment assistance program as an antidisplacement strategy.

As the Chief Growth Officer of the largest global supplier of water to consumers and businesses, Cate is responsible for driving organic growth and delivering a differentiated Customer Experience. Prior to her role as CGO, she was Chief Operating Officer, with additional responsibility for Operations, Manufacturing, Production, Distribution, Supply Chain, Process Excellence and Quality. Prior to Primo Water, Cate worked in the technology industry at Amazon Web Services (AWS) where she led the Worldwide Sales Enablement, Training, and Communications functions. She utilized her go-to-market and product management expertise to design, build, and deliver AI and Machine Learning based technologies to push just-in-time training to sales and technical Amazonians across 132 countries. Nitzan Pelman

Nitzan founded Climb Hire in 2019 as a way to create economic opportunity and mobility for people earning below liveable wage. Climb Hire marries social capital and non-coding tech skills together through a 4-5 month intensive training program. Climb Hire is Nitzan’s third social impact venture—she also founded ReUp Education, an Entangled Ventures company in 2015 and served as its founding CEO. She also founded the New York region of Citizen Schools, and is currently an Aspen Institute Ascend Fellow. Early in her career she worked at the Department of Education in New York City, KIPP, and Teach for America. Brittany has worked with numerous companies to create Segregation of Duties compliant security roles within Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O systems. In her current role at Caf2Code LLC, she focuses primarily on the financial modules of D365, delivering strong subject matter expertise in inventory costing, inventory transaction analysis, and inventory impact to financial statements.

Brittany is an end-user turned Solutions Architect for D365 F&O who uses her Master’s degree in accounting to bridge the gap between finance and technical teams. She holds two Microsoft Certifications and is a certified Microsoft D365 F&O Apps Solutions Architect Expert. 

Brittany strives to ensure client needs are always heard, addressed, and resolved. When out-of-the-box solutions don’t meet requirements, she designs comprehensive solutions that take business processes and end goals into account.

Brittany has worked with numerous companies to create Segregation of Duties compliant security roles within Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 F&O systems. In her current role at Caf2Code LLC, she focuses primarily on the financial modules of D365, delivering strong subject matter expertise in inventory costing, inventory transaction analysis, and inventory impact to financial statements.
